Im Kontext von AKWs geht es aber gerade nicht darum. Damit diese halbwegs wirtschaftlich sind, müssen sie möglichst gut ausgelastet sein. Dem soll also ein möglichst stabil hoher Verbrauch auf der anderen Seite entgegenstehen. Aber das braucht es in der Form insgesamt viel weniger, weil das Netz heute sehr viel genauer gesteuert werden kann.

Ich vertraue dem BND auch nicht. Ich sehe aber keinen Grund, warum er hier gegenteiliges Aussagen sollte. Aus Sicht des BND müsste es in ihrem Interesse sein, plausible Hinweise in Richtung Russland eher zu bestätigen als zu verneinen. Zu 4. hast du natürlich Recht, dass es nicht die selben Personen sein müssen, es müssten zumindest die selben Organisationen sein.

Man muss sich das mal vor Augen führen, was es bedeuten würde, wenn der ZDF Bericht plausibel wäre, und nicht ein Marketingschachzug eines vermeintlichen Experten, der auf ein paar technisch nicht qualifizierte Journalistys gestoßen ist.

1. Die Information zu geplanten Anschlägen hätte vorher bestimmten Leuten in Russland bekannt sein müssen.
2. Diese Leute hätten dann aber so verpeilt sein müssen, dass sie jeweils mehrfach mehrere Tage vorher danach bei Google suchen.
3. Diese Leute wären dann aber auch so blöd, dass sie ohne VPN oder sonstige Vorkehrungen unterwegs sind.

Soweit noch denkbar. Aber jetzt kommt es:

Dieselben Organisationen, die solche Deppen über entsprechende Pläne informieren, sind gleichzeitig so gut, dass sie Kontakt zu diversen Attentätern aufbauen und sie zu Anschlägen an bestimmten Tagen in bestimmten Orten motivieren konnten, ohne dass dafür ein offensichtlicher Informationstrail entsteht. Und das obwohl sowohl die Aktivitäten von russischen Geheimdiensten als auch mögliche islamistische Anschlagsquellen im Hauptfokus der Geheimdienste in Europa stehen.
5. Bei einigen der Täter wird davon ausgegangen, dass sie psychisch labil sind. Die sollen dann aber gleichzeitig so fit im Kopf sein, dass sie bei ihren Befragungen kein Wort sagen und keine Anzeichen zu solchen Verbindungen zeigen.

Ich denke wir sehen hier vor allem, dass beim ZDF und speziell bei TerraX journalistisch versagt wurde. Man hätte zumindest mal nachfragen können, ob andere Experten das auch so sehen wir der Typ.
