Fareed Zakaria said well on CNN (I like to binge watch it, sue me) recently, Trump is stuck in the 1950 and he’s obsessed with manufacturing, it’s why he just ignores tech companies, because his avocado brain just can’t compute that USA’s biggest export is really software and software/online services.

That bowling ball comment from Trump is prime example of talking about shit without understanding said shit. The car is suppose to fucking dent from it! It’s why Cyberdick car isn’t allowed in Europe, it doesn’t dent when you run over a person. I’d explain the physics behind it, but Trumps avocado brain is too fucking stupid to ever understand that.

That was mostly when they were rushing to shut down nuclear plants. Getting them operational again will be insane cost opposed to them keep on running like before.

Russia can’t even take over Ukraine and they’ll take on entire NATO? Even if we exclude USA from it there is just no chance. Only if dumbass Trump collaborates with Russia to attack NATO together. That would be WW3 then…

People need to learn how E2EE (End to End Encryption) works. It’s not that Signal refuses to cooperate with Ukraine, it’s that they can’t from technical reasons of E2EE.

Signal can’t read or intercept messages, at best they can log IPs and that’s about it. Which are useless if both parties are using VPN or other IP obfuscation methods.

It’s same with ProtonMail for example. The most they can log are IPs, metadata and subjects that are visible to them. And that’s it. They can’t access or read messages unless they create backoors on login page that access users decrypted data locally. That’s why creepy governments are so annoyed by encryption (looking at you UK you creeps as well as Australia and also Germany from recebt news and I didn’t even mention ones like Russia…).
